  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–6 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method you select.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping package

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
