What does Fontemon sell?

Fontemon specializes in Pokémon products, trading card game items, collectible cards, hobby supplies, and related merchandise.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products sold at Fontemon are authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.

How long does shipping take?

  • United States: 3–6 business days (after processing)

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email (when available).

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Opened trading card products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow our return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment methods available at Shopify checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (if enabled).

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available depending on the destination. If available, shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
