Pre-Order Policy

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to reserve selected Pokémon Trading Card Game products, collectibles, and hobby items before they become available for shipping.

Pre-order products are typically items that have not yet been released, are scheduled for a future restock, or are available in limited quantities.

By placing a pre-order with Fontemon, you are reserving the product before its expected availability date.


2. Product Availability

Pre-order availability is based on expected inventory from our suppliers and distributors.

Because Pokémon TCG products are highly collectible and demand can be unpredictable, quantities may be limited. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee unlimited availability, and some products may sell out after reaching our available allocation.

We make every effort to fulfill all accepted pre-orders.


3. Payment for Pre-Orders

Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed.

By completing your purchase, you authorize Fontemon to process payment for the reserved product.

Pre-order prices are confirmed at the time of purchase. If the product price changes after your order is placed, your order price will remain unchanged.


4. Estimated Release Dates

Release dates shown on product pages are estimates provided based on available manufacturer and distributor information.

Release dates may change due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Distribution schedule changes

  • Shipping delays

  • Inventory availability changes

  • Other unexpected circumstances

If a release date changes significantly, we will provide updates when possible.


5. Shipping of Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped after the products arrive at our facility and are ready for fulfillment.

Estimated shipping times begin after the product becomes available and the order has been processed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


6. Orders Containing In-Stock and Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both available products and pre-order products, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.

If you would like available items shipped separately, additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.


7. Pre-Order Delays

While we work to provide accurate release information, delays can happen.

Fontemon is not responsible for manufacturer or distributor delays, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed about significant changes affecting their orders.


8. Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Because pre-order products are reserved specifically for customers, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Customers may request cancellation before the order enters the fulfillment process.

Once a pre-order has been processed for shipment, shipped, or is no longer eligible for cancellation, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Email address used for the purchase

  • Reason for cancellation


9. Refunds for Pre-Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If Fontemon is unable to fulfill a pre-order due to unexpected inventory issues, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued.


10. Product Condition

All Pokémon TCG sealed products and hobby items are inspected before shipping.

Minor imperfections to external packaging, such as small box dents, shrink wrap variations, or manufacturer packaging differences, may occur during production or transportation and may not qualify as defects.


11. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing a pre-order.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

Fontemon is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
