Thank you for shopping with Fontemon. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Opened Pokémon trading card products

• Opened trading card game products

• Opened collectible items

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

Due to the collectible nature of these products, sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective, Fontemon will cover the return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
